How to schedule your P90X workouts if you don’t have the guide
This post no longer applies. Because of the bootleg copies of P90X being sold on auction sites, it is no longer possible to use WOWY to schedule your P90X workouts automatically. Bad people have made it harder for honest people who lost their guide book or bought it from a friend to know how to do the program. You can, however, join WOWY for free and schedule your workouts manually by clicking here for the free membership and follow the schedule posted back in February for the Classic version.
The question of how to schedule the P90X workouts if you don’t have the guide book has been asked so many times that I figured that I should provide an in-depth answer.
The answer is to use WOWY the virtual gym to give you the schedule. In order to use WOWY, you either need to be a Team Beachbody Club member for $2.99 a week and worth every penny – sign up here – or to join the Team Beachbody Community which is free – sign up here.
Once you have signed up for the Club or the Community, log in.
On the left side of the page, it will say WOWY. Click on that button.
In the middle of the page, it will say, “My Next Scheduled Workout”. Click on Time: Schedule One Now
Go to the bottom of the page to the box that says, “Other Options”
Click on the drop down menu and select, “Add/Remove Activities”
Select P90X from the list. Click Submit My Changes.
You will then see this screen:

The fitness activities listed below have a recommended workout sequence. Would you like the WOWY Calendar to automatically preload your calendar with the recommended workout sequence?

Starting as of:
Click on the button next to P90X and choose your start date and WOWY will tell you what workouts to do on which days in the order that they are supposed to be done in to get the maximum effectiveness from P90X.
