		<description>Janna, I don't know enough about you - height, weight, age, body type, goals, etc. - to be specific, but if you are starving all of the time and it is physiological hunger and not psychological hunger, then intuitively, you need to eat more to fuel your workouts, your activity level and your body's functions (heart, lungs, organs, etc.).</description>

		<description>I just started phase 3.  I find that with more carbs and less protein I am starving all the time and feel like I have no energy.  Is that normal?  Will my body adjust, or is it me?  Suggestions?

		<description>You would have one plan and complete it.  Lean is easier, Classic is the standard way of doing P90X and Doubles has a lot more cardio and would be advanced.</description>

     Everyone is different and comes into the program with different levels of fitness.  If that is what you body needs now, then that is fine.  As you get stronger and fitter, I am sure that you will be able to do more and push yourself more.</description>
