    Hi ,
Is the chin up bar included when you purchase the set of P90x viedo set?

Melanie, the P90X bar is actually an additional $54.95. You can also use a resistance band hooked onto a door as a very good alternative.

My husband and I are in our early 50ies and have just purchased a home gym. Is this nutrition system for our age?

I am really interested in purchasing the P90X program; I might do that within the next two or three months. However, I have a questions: what is a complete list of equiptment that I will need in order to complete this program? I hear/read that the only things that you need is recistance band and a pull-up bar, is that right?
I already have a bech, dumb bells and some other weight-lifting items. Please advise.
    Thank you.

You can use dumbbells and or resistance bands. You can use a chin up bar or you can use a door mount and a resistance band to do your pull ups. You really don’t need anything else except a small floor space and a DVD player or computer to play the DVD’s.

    Rich,

I’m interested in starting P90X and I’m getting organized to do it. My question: I’m a classic ectomorph. I’m 6′2″ weighing only 165 lbs. I want to get in shape and GAIN muscle. Is P90X right for me? Can the diet be modified for my goals?

Joe, you will definitely gain muscle if you fuel your body adequately for the demands of P90X. Pick the nutrition plan that is right for you and your body type or contact me if you need additional advice – http://www.teambeachbody.com/howtobefit
