    • Hi Melanie,
The chin up bar is extra like Rich said, just make sure it fits over your door trim. My house has thicker door trim, so the bar doesn’t fit. So I use the resistance bands, you can attach them to a door and you’re doing a pull down instead of a pull-up. It does the job. Good luck!!

  1. Hi i live in Australia and therefore cant register on beach body to find out in which sequence i am supposed to be doing the dvds. I brought them off ebay and they have no books or instructions with them. I was wondering if anyone could help me to find out in which order to do them???
    Thanks

    • The great news, this nutrition system is for any age. It’s not the typical deprive yourself diet. It’s a nutrition plan you can use for the rest of your life!

With the P90X exercise program, fitness guide, and nutrition guide, you have a fitness plan for life. All the sudden that $119 doesn’t seem too bad! And if you become a coach (http://budurl.com/ae2l), the price is even lower.

Anyone CAN do this…everyone SHOULD do this.

  2. I am really interested in purchasing the P90X program; I might do that within the next two or three months. However, I have a questions: what is a complete list of equiptment that I will need in order to complete this program? I hear/read that the only things that you need is recistance band and a pull-up bar, is that right?
I already have a bech, dumb bells and some other weight-lifting items. Please advise.
    Thank you.

  3. Rich,

I’m interested in starting P90X and I’m getting organized to do it. My question: I’m a classic ectomorph. I’m 6’2″ weighing only 165 lbs. I want to get in shape and GAIN muscle. Is P90X right for me? Can the diet be modified for my goals?

    • Hello Baqueranita! That is a great question, but you are the only person who will be able to answer it after answering a few questions.

      1) Are you the type of person who can commit to a program?
      2) Are you willing to set aside time each day for 6 days a week of exercise and have one day off?
      3) Are you willing to make some adjustments in your attitude towards nutrition?
      4) If the exercise were difficult in the beginning, would you want to give up or would you do the best you can and just keep going?
      5) Do you have any medical conditions that you might need to clear first with your doctor?

Once you answer these questions, it will help determine if P90X is right for you. If you order P90X through me or one of the other coaches on this blog, you also get free coaching. This is great because when you have a coach, you have someone who is doing the program or already completed it, plus they can help you with modifying exercises if needed, and answer any questions you might have.

Plus I’ve heard that the shipping charge is better than the infomercial if you order it through a coach.

Here is a link to P90X if you want to get more info on it and perhaps purchase through me http://teambeachbody.com/shop/-/shopping/P90X?referringRepId=37971

Team Beachbody produces a lot of other great workout systems too. So if you feel like you want to try something else, there are more programs to choose from. Thre are some programs that give you another day off or two if youthink 6 days a week might be tough. P90X is “extreme” home training, but it can be modified in the beginning if needed.

But remember with any of the programs you need to work at it. There is no magic pill to getting in shape.
