Are You in on the Plan?

What plan you ask?  My P90X/running hybrid plan that I invite people to join me in each week.   It’s another week and another plan and this one is a first!  Grace, my seven year old went back to school today and on Wednesday, Carly, my 5 year old, starts kindergarten.  That means working out early again and on some days, not working out until 8:00 am, which I’ve never done!.  The first two days of the week are going to be 5:00 am MT workouts to get used to the new schedule and so that I have time to make their breakfasts and pack their lunches and then on the days that I run, I will drop them off at school at 7:51 and then go run.  It will take some getting used to, but I am really excited about something new and different.

So here’s the plan on paper:

Monday – P90X Chest & Back – 5:00 am MT  DONE!
Tuesday – P90X Plyometrics X – 5:00 am MT
Wednesday – Run 40:00 – 8:00 am MT
Thursday – P90X Shoulders & Arms – 5:00 am MT
Friday – Run 40:00 – 8:00 am MT
Saturday – day off
Sunday – Run 60:00 – 6:00 am MT
